The Messages section: all chats in one place
One conversation list for Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger: filters and sorting, replying and internal notes, and the "send as" chip.
The Messages section gathers client conversations from every connected channel — Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and TikTok — into a single list. Each conversation is linked to the client's contact card and deal, so chat history lands on the same timeline as email.
The conversation list
Two triage tabs split the list into Active and Archive — closed conversations move to the archive and can be reopened at any time. On top of that:
- Channel filter — All channels or a single provider (for example, Telegram (bot) or WhatsApp (Cloud)).
- Quick filters — All conversations, Unread, Awaiting reply. On the Archive tab the Awaiting reply filter is not available.
- Sorting — Newest first (default), Unread first, or Waiting longest. The default order is chronological, so opening a chat does not reshuffle the list.
- Search across conversations.
Unread conversations carry a counter badge; pinned ones stay at the top, muted ones are marked.
Replying and internal notes
The composer at the bottom has two modes:
- Reply — goes to the client through the channel the conversation came from.
- Note — an internal comment; the placeholder warns you: "Note — client won't see this."
You can attach files (up to 25 MB), insert saved templates, and let the assistant draft or review a reply. Keyboard hints are shown right in the input placeholder.
The "send as" chip
When your role lets you open a teammate's queue and you reply inside their conversation, a compact chip near the toolbar shows Sending as {name} — the reply goes out under that manager, keeping the conversation consistent for the client.
Conversation header actions
From the header you can: assign a manager, Close conversation (it moves to the archive) and reopen it later, Mark as unread, Pin at top, Mute notifications, Link to existing contact or Create new contact for unidentified clients, Move to another deal, and jump via Open deal or Open contact card.
The right-hand panel shows the client card: identifiers, deals, related conversations and emails, tasks, and files.
Avatars
Client profile photos are pulled from Telegram automatically; for Meta-family networks avatars depend on the permissions the platform grants your connection.
