Meta Lead Ads
Connect Facebook and Instagram lead forms so ad submissions become deals in seconds — with per-form pipelines, default tags, owners, and field mapping.
The Meta Lead Ads integration pulls instant-form submissions from Facebook and Instagram ads straight into your pipelines. Leads arrive in realtime via Meta's webhooks, and a 15-minute polling backfill catches anything a missed webhook would have lost.
Connect
- Open Settings → Integrations → Meta Lead Ads and click Connect Facebook («Подключить Facebook» / «Підключити Facebook»).
- Sign in with a Facebook user that has admin access to your Business Pages.
- On the Pick Facebook Pages step, select the pages that should feed leads into the CRM. Each selected page is subscribed to Meta's leadgen webhook. You can add more pages later.
Lead forms on a connected page appear in the CRM automatically — there is no manual form import.
Configure each form
Open a form to set where its leads land:
- Pipeline and Stage — the destination for new deals.
- Default owner — assign every lead from this form to one manager (or leave it to your lead-distribution rules).
- Default tags — tags applied to every deal the form creates.
- Field mapping — map a question to a contact field (full name, first/last name, email, phone, company) or to a deal field to store it as a structured, filterable value. You can create a new custom field right in the mapping dropdown. Unmapped answers are not lost: they are stored in the deal's
customData.meta_custom_fieldsand shown in the form-answers card on the deal.
How a lead becomes a deal
- Meta notifies the CRM the moment a form is submitted.
- The lead's email and phone are normalized; if a contact with the same identifier already exists, it is reused.
- A deal is created in the form's pipeline and stage, with a "Lead captured from Meta" entry on its timeline.
- The form's default tags are applied. No automatic
source:or campaign tags are added — the campaign id is stored incustomData.meta_campaign_idfor campaign-level reporting. - The deal's source field is set to
meta_ads · <form name>when the form name is known, so reports can split by form. Whether the lead came from Facebook or Instagram is kept incustomData.source_channel/source_label.
Every Meta lead has a globally unique ID, so webhook retries and backfill overlaps never create duplicate deals.
Monitor
The Recent leads table on the integration page shows the last submissions and where each landed, with states: Received, Fetched, Captured, Duplicate, Skipped, and Failed. Failed rows have a Retry button; skipped rows show a reason (page disconnected, form not configured, form inactive).
TikTok Lead Ads
A parallel TikTok Lead Ads integration exists with the same per-form flow — pipeline, stage, default owner, tags, and field mapping — for capturing TikTok instant-form leads.
Running ads to your own landing pages instead? Capture those with lead webhooks — the UTM and click-ID attribution carries over to the deal.
