Working with the calendar

How the calendar page works: day/week/month views, the "My calendars" rail for layering your and teammates' calendars, and meetings linked to deals and contacts.

The Calendar page collects your meetings in one place: events synced from Google Calendar and meetings created manually in the CRM. Tasks are deliberately kept out — they live on their own page, so the calendar stays a clean picture of your meeting schedule.

Views and navigation

Four views are available at the top of the page: Day, Week, Month, and Agenda (a chronological list). Use the arrow buttons to move backward and forward through time, and the Today button to jump back to the current date. Day and week views render meetings as timed blocks on an hour grid; all-day events get their own row above the grid.

The sidebar and "My calendars"

To the left of the grid sits a Google-Calendar-style sidebar:

  • Mini month — a compact date navigator: click a day to move the main grid there.
  • My calendars — a checklist of people. The top row is Mine (your own calendar); teammates are listed below it. Check several people to layer their calendars on top of each other: events are colored per person, and each row shows that person's meeting count for the visible range. By default only your own calendar is checked. Which teammates appear depends on your role's permissions.
  • Client timezone — an optional secondary timezone that adds a second scale to the hour grid.
  • Sync — a Google Calendar row with its status: Connected, or a Connect link that leads to integration settings.

A person's calendar means meetings where they are the organizer or an invited attendee. This mirrors their Google calendar: everything they are invited to shows up, not only meetings they created themselves.

Meetings are linked to records

A meeting can be attached to a Deal, Contact, or Company. The attached record appears in the meeting details as a link, so you can jump from a calendar slot straight to the client's card. Clicking a meeting opens a detail sheet with the Join link for video calls, the Where field, the Organizer, a Repeats badge for recurring series, and the attendee list with each person's reply status: Accepted, Declined, Maybe, or Awaiting.

Meetings you create in the CRM with New meeting are pushed to your Google calendar automatically, so the two stay in sync in both directions.
