What a company record holds, how companies relate to contacts and deals, and the agent-partner metrics.

A company is an organization in your database: it groups contacts, collects deals, and carries its own profile. In many B2B workspaces companies are agent-partners who refer clients — Ikigai reflects that with dedicated performance metrics.

How companies connect to contacts and deals

  • A contact can be linked to one or more companies, with a "Current" or "Former" marker and a Primary contact per company.
  • Every deal can reference a company; the company card lists all of them, and the action menu starts a new one — New deal for company.
  • The company itself has an owner, notes, tasks, and a timeline — same building blocks as a contact.

The company card

Counters for contacts and deals live in the KPI tiles of the card, not as header badges. The main tabs cover:

  • Contacts — people at the company, each with a deal count ("N deals") and lowercase "primary" / "former" markers ("No contacts in this company" when empty).
  • Deals — simple Open and Closed lists ("No deals with this company" when empty).
  • Notes and tasks attached to the company.

The right rail holds Details (Domain, Legal name, EDRPOU / Tax ID and other requisites), Finance, Relations, Child companies, Tags, Payments, and Pinned. Custom fields live on the Overview tab.

Attention chips surface at the top when something needs care: NEGATIVE BALANCE, NO OPEN DEALS, NO ACTIVITY · Nd.

Agent-partner metrics

For companies that bring you clients, the card shows KPI tiles:

MetricMeaning
Lifetime valueTotal value the agent has brought over the relationship.
Last referralHow long ago the company last brought a deal.
Pipeline valueThe value of referred deals currently in the pipeline.
ContactsHow many people are linked to the company.

Next to them, the Comparable companies benchmark compares the agent to peers in the same industry — with Throughput 30d and Avg win rate. The companies list also has a Win-rate column.

These numbers answer the partnership question at a glance: is this agent active, and do their leads convert?

Tip: fill in the company domain early — duplicate search matches companies by domain. See Merging duplicates.
