Your first sign-in
How to open your workspace, sign in with your work email and password, and what to expect right after login.
Every company on Ikigai gets its own isolated workspace with its own web address (a subdomain). You sign in on that address — not on a shared global login page — so the first thing you need is the link to your workspace.
Before you start

| Work email | The address your administrator invited. Signing in with a different email shows an access error. |
| Password | You set it when accepting the invitation. If you never did, ask your administrator to set one for you. |
Signing in
- Open your workspace address in the browser. You land on the page titled "Sign in".
- Enter your address in the "Work email" field.
- Enter your "Password".
- Click "Sign in".
That is the whole flow — no confirmation codes for a regular sign-in.
Other ways to sign in
Depending on how the platform is configured, the login page can also offer:
- "Email me a sign-in link" — instead of a password, Ikigai sends a one-time link to your work email. The link expires and works once.
- "Continue with Google" — sign in through your Google account, if it uses the same email your administrator invited.
If you do not see these buttons, they are simply not enabled on the platform — the email and password path always works.
If something goes wrong
- "Wrong email or password" — check the email spelling and keyboard layout. There is no self-service password reset: as the login page says, ask your administrator to reset it. An administrator sets a new password for you in the team settings.
- Your email is not invited — access is invitation-only. Ask your administrator to send an invitation to the exact address you are using.
- An emailed sign-in link "expired or already used" — request a fresh link; each one is single-use.
What you see after login
After a successful sign-in you land in the workspace shell: navigation on the left, a search bar and the notification bell on top, and the "Home" dashboard as the default page. If you followed a link to a specific page (for example from an invitation), you land there instead.
