What is Ikigai CRM?

A quick tour of Ikigai CRM: what the platform does, which modules it includes, and how a deal travels from first touch to won.

Ikigai CRM is a B2B sales platform that keeps your leads, conversations, and follow-ups in one place. Instead of switching between a mailbox, messengers, spreadsheets, and a calendar, your team works deals on a kanban board while Ikigai collects every email and chat message into the deal's timeline.

What you can do with Ikigai

  • Leads & pipelines — deals move through the stages of a pipeline on a kanban board. New leads can be distributed to managers automatically.
  • Inbox & email — connect Gmail or any IMAP mailbox; incoming and outgoing mail is matched to contacts and deals.
  • Chat channels — Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger conversations arrive in the Messages section and attach to the same client card.
  • Tasks & calendar — plan follow-ups from a deal, and see meetings (including Google Meet call summaries) in the calendar.
  • Automations — a trigger fires, one action runs: move a deal, send a templated email, create a task.
  • Reports — funnel and manager analytics built on your live data.

Key concepts

TermMeaning
ContactA person — name, emails, phone numbers, channel profiles.
CompanyAn organization a contact belongs to.
DealOne sales opportunity moving through a pipeline. A contact can have several deals.
Pipeline & stageThe board and its columns. Each deal is always in exactly one stage.
WorkspaceYour company's isolated space — your team, your data, your subdomain.

How a typical deal flows

  1. A lead arrives — from a form, an ad, an email, or a chat message — and becomes a deal in the first stage of your pipeline.
  2. Ikigai assigns it to a manager (automatically, if lead distribution is on).
  3. The manager replies from the deal card: email and chat history live on one timeline.
  4. As the conversation progresses, the manager drags the deal across stages.
  5. The deal closes as won or lost, and reports pick it up instantly.
