Manager performance analytics
Per-manager reports: the team analytics leaderboard, the meeting funnel, communications quality, and the member metrics profile.
Ikigai measures each manager's work across email, meetings, pipeline movement, and money. Three reports plus the member profile give you the full picture. All of them respect your analytics scope: a team lead sees their own team, a Head of Sales sees their subtree, directors and admins see everyone.
Team analytics (leaderboard)
Library → Reports → Team analytics puts every visible manager side by side, ranked by an efficiency score. Columns include:
| Group | Columns |
|---|---|
| Emails, Replies, Avg response | |
| Meetings | Meetings, Held, Held %, No-show |
| Pipeline | Stage moves, Won, Win %, Won value, Collected |
| Discipline | Time in CRM, Templates |
Below the table, Milestone reach shows how many distinct deals each manager pushed into a milestone (or deeper) during the period.
Meeting funnel
Library → Reports → Meeting funnel breaks meetings down per manager: Booked → Held → No-show, with held and no-show percentages. The "unknown" bucket shrinks once Google Meet attendance data is connected. A second block builds a meetings funnel from pipeline stage history, independent of calendar sync.
Communications quality
Library → Reports → Communications quality covers email discipline per manager: Sent, Received, Replies, Reply ratio, Avg response, Template %, plus After-hours sends (the raw template-usage count is included in the CSV export). A Top templates block shows which templates actually get used.
Metrics on the member profile
Open a person from the Team page to reach their profile. On the Overview tab (next to Profile, Access, and Activity log), the Metrics section shows live KPIs for that member's pipeline: open deals, pipeline value, stalled and untouched deals, won and lost this month, win rate over 90 days, activity for the last 7 days, and overdue tasks. Every tile links to the underlying records. Below it, Funnel by stage gives the member's 90-day stage breakdown with bottlenecks flagged where conversion drops below half.
Coaching signals — a silent rep, a stalled pipeline, untouched leads, an overdue-task avalanche — surface in the team members table instead: the optional Health column shows a colored dot, and its tooltip lists the triggered signals.
Exporting
The leaderboard, meetings, and communications reports all carry the Export CSV button (requires the report export permission). The file contains exactly the rows your scope allows — nothing more.
Quick KPIs and the top-performer list also appear on the Insights overview; the reports on this page are the drill-down behind them.
